Terms of Package Purchase:

• Package does not include an Initial consult and is therefore only available to current clients
• Consult package to be used (i.e. all 3 consults booked + attended) within 6 months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated/agreed upon)
• Consults may be in-person or via Telehealth
• Pre-payments are not refundable
  
• Pre-payments may be transferred to a new appointment time, however only where 24 hours' notice has been given
• Our strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all consults, including pre-paid consults
• Payment transfers/refunds will not apply to appointments cancelled within the 24-hour window prior to consult (i.e. in the case of late cancellation), or to any consult not attended (i.e. in the case of no show)
• Standard Follow-up Consults are 30 minutes
• Late arrivals may not receive full 30-minute consults due to time availability, as per our usual policy
