The aim of a detox is to reduce dietary toxins, improve detox capacity, neutralise free radicals, and eliminate waste products.
If you're chowing down on gluten, preservatives or additives; if you're stressed out; if your body's not feeling tip-top... it's probably time for a detox!

I think many of us would jump at the chance to feel more slim, fit and fab with minimal effort. But how many of us would willingly not only sign up, but pay for, an uncomfortable tummy, diarrhoea and cramping? Yeah, not so many.
